Black & Brown Women’s Consortium

The Black, Brown and Women Developers initiative is focused on providing opportunities for members of the Black and minority populations in Arizona to thrive in the construction sector. This sector is relatively large compared to the nation as a whole due to the state’s rapid growth in recent years. Population and employment projection suggest that the construction industry is expected to continue to realize strong growth over the next decade and additional minority participation will help the state achieve its economic goals.

Farmer Fellows

The Farmer Fellows initiative was created to uplift, energize and engage young adults and emerging professionals of color who endeavor to impact their community by breaking barriers and borders to shift conversations and create change the paradigm that enables generational wealth development.
